Transparency in Coverage

In response to the U.S. federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, machine readable files (MRFs) are required to be posted on a publicly available website for certain health plans or issuers and are available at the links below. These MRFs include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. In accordance with federal standards, these MRFs are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to easily access and analyze the data.
